We were pleasantly surprised by the hidden gem that is Villa Kennedy. Upon arriving, we weren't blown away by the exterior or reception area, but then we stepped into the breathtaking courtyard. The service here is truly exceptional, with every member of the staff radiating warmth and hospitality. Our room was well-appointed and the food was delicious. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. we had a wonderful stay at Villa Kennedy and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel had great views and excellent food. the staff was warm and welcoming. the location was perfect, just a short walk along the river to the main part of town. It was a gorgeous property in a quiet area.
The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive. the sheets on the bed were not the best quality and felt a bit rough.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the third time and it never disappoints. The hotel facilities are comfortable, peaceful, cozy, and pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable. The staff provides outstanding service, attending to every detail and making me feel valued as a guest. The location is conveniently situated near the train station and within walking distance of scenic areas like the Main riverbank and the famous pedestrian bridge. Plus, the breakfast spread is delicious.

I loved the spa center, with its indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were very clean and well-maintained.
The service outside the front desks was a bit slow and understaffed. the bar service was slow, and the dining staff got our orders mixed up.
